Cancellations
Cancel any order within 24 hours of payment. To do so, reply to your order confirmation or email us at contact@workouthealthy.com with your name and order number.
After 24 hours, orders can usually be canceled before shipping (or assigned tracking information), except for custom or built-to-order items, which cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours.
Product Quality Guarantee
WorkoutHealthy ensures top-quality products. If an item arrives damaged or malfunctions after initial use (within 30 days of delivery), we'll replace it or provide the damaged parts at no cost. All products come with a manufacturer's warranty, covering labor, parts, or replacements as needed after the 30 day delivery period.
30-Day General Return Policy
Your purchase is protected by a 30-day return policy, subject to the following:
- Initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original packaging, unused, and unassembled.
- Customer covers return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, opened, or assembled items.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Items not returned within 30 days.
- Marked as non-returnable, non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Brands: Purchases of the following brands are final after 24 hours:
- Aeromat / Ecowise
- Any customized or built-to-order product
Return Process To initiate a return, email contact@workouthealthy.com with your order number, delivery date, and reason for return. If eligible, we'll provide a paid shipping quote. After inspecting the returned item, we'll issue a refund via your original payment method. Partial refunds may be given for incomplete or used items.
Damages Inspect your delivery thoroughly. For any damage or missing items, notify the carrier within seven days and email us photos or videos at contact@workouthealthy.com. We'll file an insurance claim on your behalf.
