Shipping policy

Orders:

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email verifies we have your order and payment, and we'll start preparing your shipment(s).

Stock Status: If your product is in stock, we'll process your payment and get it ready to ship. If it's not, you'll be notified via email.

Shipping Process:

Shipping Time: Shipping varies by brand and warehouse. Check the product page for estimated shipping times. Contact us for any shipping queries.

Shipping Methods
- Small Items: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Fast shipping, no need for scheduled delivery.
- Large Items: We use Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers to deliver large equipment, multi-item orders, or anything that might be damaged by a standard carrier.

Leaving the Warehouse: In-stock items are processed and shipped in the order they're received. Busy seasons may affect this.

Tracking: Once your shipment is ready to go, we'll email you a tracking number and Bill of Lading so you can monitor the shipment.

Delivery Time: Transit time varies. Typically, expect 1-7 business days after the item leaves the warehouse. Delays can happen but are uncommon.

Scheduling DeliveryFor freight shipping, you'll be contacted to set a 4-hour delivery window. You must be present, or you'll be responsible for fees.

Delivery Location
- Loading Dock: Items will be unloaded at the dock on a pallat(s).
- No Dock: Items will be delivered curbside or near your entrance.

When Your Item(s) Arrive:

Curbside Delivery: The driver will leave your item on a pallet at your curbside.

Inspect Before Signing: Before signing, carefully check the boxes and pallets for any damage. If you find any damage, write "DAMAGED" on the receipt and provide a detailed explanation. Take photos or videos of the damage and email them to contact@workouthealthy.com immediately.

Unpack and Check: Open the boxes, inspect your items, and make sure there are no missing or damaged parts within 2-3 business days. Report any issues to us during this period for prompt assistance.

Extreme Damage: In rare cases, if your shipment has severe, irreparable damage or important components inside are broken, take photos or videos of the extent of the damage. Then, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at contact@workouthealthy.com.

Assembly: The delivery drivers will not bring your equipment indoors or assemble it for you. You will need to move the heavy boxes to the room where you want to use the equipment. If you've requested assembly service, contact us to schedule it if you haven't done so already.

Additional Services

Threshold Delivery: If needed, we have the option to organize a shipment delivery to a secure and dry location on your property, rather than just dropping it off by the curb.

Professional Assembly: You can request a quote, whether you haven't placed an order yet or if you need assistance with an item that has already been delivered.

Storage Fees and Missed Deliveries

If you're unable to accept the delivery when it arrives, you may be subject to storage or extra shipping charges. Please let us know ASAP either before you place the order or as soon as possible if you need to arrange a specific delivery date.

Failure to respond to the freight company's attempts to contact you or absence during the scheduled drop-off will result in additional fees.
