Return Policy

WorkoutHealthy accepts returns under the following conditions:

• Product is in its original condition.
• Product return is requested within 30 days from the date you received it.
• Inform WorkoutHealthy via email or our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form we will issue a returns authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. No exceptions
• All returns must be shipped back by a carrier approved by WorkoutHealthy.
• Returns other than defects will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
• The customer is liable for all shipping fees on any return not related to a defective item.

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be received within 48 hours of order placement and prior to shipping.

Delivery Time

After shipment notification, delivery is usually completed or scheduled (if freight) within 3-5 business days to the continental United States. Some exceptions apply.

How We Ship Your Order

Orders for smaller items will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger items whose weight is over 150 lbs. will be shipped freight via trucking companies. Orders arriving by freight truck are delivered CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive and sign for the delivery and to assist with unloading the equipment. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements and apply applicable fees.

Tracking your Shipment

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order has been shipped.

Receiving Your Order

• Inspect the shipment to make sure that the number of pieces indicated on the receiving paperwork matches up with what you are actually receiving.
• Please inspect for any visual signs of damage and have this notated on your delivery receipt prior to signing.
• Please note any discrepancies or other issues on the delivery receipt.

Refusing Delivery:

If you refuse or cancel the delivery after your order has been processed and shipped, you will be liable for all shipping costs.

No Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped within the state of Maryland.

Guarantees all products from the date of shipment to be free of materials defects. The warranty extends to the original consignee or end-user only. The warranty only covers failures due to material defects or workmanship that occurs during regular use. It does not cover product failures due to misuse, negligence, misapplication, modification, or normal wear and tear.

• American Bars - Limited 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage. This warranty does not cover rust, bending due to misuse, or any defect caused from use outside the functional capacity of the bar in question.
• Cast-iron Plates - Limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 1-year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover paint chipping or rusting.
• Rubber encased plates - Limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 1-year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover rubber loss due to chipping, fading, or cracking.
• Urethane encased plates - Limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
• Cast & Rubber Pro-Style dumbbells and barbells - Limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 1-year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover bent handles, paint chipping, or rusting.
• Urethane and Rubber encased solid dumbbells - Limited 5-year warranty against breakage and manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover the loss of rubber due to chipping, fading, or cracking.
• Commercial series racks - Limited Lifetime warranty against breakage and 1-year warranty against manufacture defects.
• All other Troy products - All other Troy products will carry a 1-year warranty against breakage and manufacture defects.
