Mr
The dumbbells came as promised, exactly what I was looking for. I had been looking for these or ones like these for some time but could only find way overpriced options on eBay. You can do almost any dumbbell exercise with these. When the weight gets up there, they are a bit large compared to more compact, gym dumbbells of the same weight so they could potentially get in your way for some movements that aren't standard pressing or pulling. For example, doing DB swings or goblet squats with these can be awkward at above 70lb. It is because your hand goes inside the blocks to use them. Goblet squats and swings with standard, gym DBs, you hold on to the weighted ends with 2 hands, which isn't really an option with powerblocks. This is a very minor flaw as you can do all the other DB moves that you can think of with these.
