Pods come in two different diameters, 6” and 12”, with numerous colors to choose from. Each dome-shaped pod is filled with studded, or “pebbled”, massaging nodules that stimulate the feet and help promote blood flow. Perform your balance pod exercises with bare feet, in socks or with shoes on.
