Excellent Belt
It arrive stiff as a board but quickly broke in after about two weeks of moderate use. I have a 34 waist so I ordered the medium. I have to use the second to last notch - so if you're a 33 waist you might want to get a small. Official Amazon review of Schiek Leather Competition Power Lifting Belt. Click for additional reviews.

Good Belt
Great belt with really good back support. I find myself using this belt mostly for heavy deadlifts and squats. I would recommend trying this belt out before buying if posslble, because its much stiffer than most other belts. Official Amazon review of Schiek Leather Competition Power Lifting Belt. Best profesional manufacturing and quality belt on the market. This belt is only for the TRUE BEAST!
Purchased 2 as I keep 2 gym bags. I also own 2 L7010 Schiek Lever belts. This belt is superior in every dimension. Its thick, stiff, professional designed, made for powerlifting and bodybuilding beast! I was very surprised how well designed and manufactured Shiek products are. I also own a like lifting belt made by GASP which scored a 9.4 on bodybuilding.com. Up until this point my GASP was the best quality and strongest lifting belt I'd used. Well iron heads... the 6010 is superior in every way. Don't get me wrong. Theres just something about the GASP belt that just makes you feel synergetic/ energetic/ dope azz vibe/ etc... The Scheik 6010 doesn't quit move me like that. Instead I feel secure/ like a newly elevated lifter/ battlefield ready! For $70 bucks you wont find a better name brand, better made belt on the market. This belt takes sometime to break in. Initially it hurts. Hurts your hip and tummy area s there is absolutely no give. Regarding the Schiek L7010 Lever belt, there almost identical. The buckle belt is a little thicker but hardly noticeable. The only real difference worth mentioning is the securing system (Buckle vs Lever). The lever is dope but adjusting for a tighter or loser fit will require a few minutes and a screw driver. The lever system just looks cool and will get you tons of attention. one drawback of the lever system is that it protrudes which makes exercises like barbell rows/ barbell shrugs/ seated cable rows/ full contraction impossible as the barbell/ attachment hits the lever. I simply spin my entire belt to avoid this as there's no other way around hitting the lever. also, after reading many reviews I found that customers were complaining that there levers were breaking over time. I called Schiek and they admitted to a manufactures defect in the molding and that they had pulled the belt for sale until they resolved the issue. The Schiek rep in good faith sent me a spare lever just in case which based on that along with a dope product won my loyalty. The 6010 buckle belt is amazing. Theres no way to go wrong. I don't get all the complaining about people not understanding how to choose the right waist size. Im a 36 - 38 waist depending on the season and a large in both belts fit me fine. That fact also stands true for the like product made by GASP. Read the measuring chart before choosing your size. Good luck iron bruthas! Great belt
I ordered my belt a little too big, but the belt itself is good. It can be a little hard on the hip bones, but after using it a while it breaks in. I have been bending it by hand to help break it in, this seems to help a lot. Official Amazon review of Schiek Leather Competition Power Lifting Belt. Click for additional reviews.

Shiek belt
Fits great, and provides great support. I'm 6'2 with a 38 waste. I got a large and it feels great. When it's on and pulled tight I still have 3 notches left. Official Amazon review of Schiek Leather Competition Power Lifting Belt. Click for additional reviews.
