We proudly stand behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may return any product to us in its original condition within 25 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. You must complete an online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your shipment, or your return will be rejected. Customer service will then contact you via email within 2 business days with your RMA#, shipping address, and other return shipping information.
The merchandise must also be in new and unused condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, parts, original manuals and any accessories in order to insure full credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. WorkoutHealthy reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned not in saleable condition.
In some cases we cannot accept returns for a refund of any kind if the original packaging that the product arrived in has been opened. These items must be returned in it’s unopened factory sealed box(es). These include items from the manufactures Aeromat, Ecowise, and BodyCraft.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives via FedEx, UPS, or USPS damaged or defective, please fill out our online RMA Form within 48 hours of receipt of goods and email a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either provide free return shipping for the defective or damaged item and ship a replacement item, or ship replacement parts necessary to restore the item to its advertised condition. We can also provide a complete refund; only after the damaged or defective goods is returned to our warehouse and inspected.
If your item arrives via freight carrier, please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. When your delivery arrives, make certain to count the total number of pieces that you have received and inspect for any visible damages to the product itself (boxes may get ripped or damaged during shipping). Each carton/box has a tag affixed to it, stating the total number of pieces we shipped and that you are to receive. If the number of pieces received does not exactly match the number of pieces on the freight bill, note the number of pieces received next to your signature on the freight bill. Any visible damage should also be noted next to your signature on the freight bill. If, you fail to note any discrepancies or damage on the freight bill, neither WorkoutHealthy nor the carrier can be held liable. Please contact WorkoutHealthy immediately of damaged or missing items in freight shipments.
If the item you receive does not match what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days via email or phone. Please note that many orders will arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses.
Items that are not returnable
WorkoutHealthy do not accept returns of the following items:
Gloves, belts, dumbbells and plates
Any DVD, VHS tape, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
Any book that has obvious signs of use
Used commercial products
Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Special order or custom items
Products received more than 14 days ago
No Exchanges (excludes gloves and belts for size exchanges)
Due to our changing inventory, we cannot accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want.
Exchange Policy for Gloves and Belts
You may exchange gloves and belts for the same item in a different size within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Gloves and belts must be in original condition and original packaging. If items show signs of wear, the exchange will not be accepted. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from purchase. Gloves and belts are not returnable.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every attempt to cancel your order as long as the product has not left the warehouse, with no additional charges. Once the product has left the warehouse and is in route to its destination, we will not be able to cancel the order.
When will my credit appear on my account?
From Returns - Please allow 7-14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. You will receive an email notification indicating that your card has been credited. Then allow 2 – 3 business days to see the fund returned to your account.
From Cancellations – If you have placed an order and cancelled it funds may have been subtracted from your account. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the funds to return to your account.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions
1. Complete an Online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)Form – Customer service will then contact you via email within 2 business days with your RMA#, shipping address, and other return shipping information.
2. Packing Your Return - Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form. Please clearly write your RMA # on the outside of your box. Use shipping address provided when you received your RMA#.
3. Shipping Your Return - If the reason for your return is not our error, you will bear the return shipping costs. Otherwise, we will arrange for pickup from your front door, or you will receive an UPS Electronic Return label via email from UPS. The email will contain instructions you need to print your label. Affix it to your repackaged item and take it to a UPS Store location or hand it to any UPS driver.
4. Receipt of Your Item - Please allow 7-14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. You will receive an email notification indicating that your card has been credited. Then allow 2 – 3 business days to see the fund returned to your account.
Do you accept returns for International Orders?
No. All sales are final on international orders. No returns on international orders.
