The box was pretty much destroyed upon arrival, with a large section of missing cardboard patched over with packing tape. The contents were certainly serviceable but a bit scuffed. Like another reviewer noted, it's for lifting weights so not a huge concern for me.
Otherwise, once assembled, it seems fine. It is a tidge wobbly and a little bit more flexible than one might like, but not terrible or to the extant that it seems unsafe. For a home gym with limited use, and using less than the manufacturers recommended 300 lb max, it's more than sufficient. Also, our exercise room is small and it tucks nicely against the wall. I've been using it for standard bench press, squats, and military press. The pull up bar easily handles my 200lbs, but I already have a wall mounted unit.
You will want a separate rack for your weights, as the small ones that attach to the bottom of the cage don't hold much and, if used, will block access to the bottom attachments for the spotter arms.
If you want something that's rock solid and can easily handle, say, 400+ lbs, you will unfortunately be spending a bit more money and will likely need something larger. Official Amazon review of Cap Barbell Deluxe Power Cage. Click for additional reviews.
