Alaska/Hawaii and International Shipping
We have partnered with International Checkout, a mail forwarding service to ship ALL of our products (including freight items over 150 lbs.) WORLDWIDE to overseas countries outside of the USA and Alaska/Hawaii. All orders will be shipped directly to your front door with this service. For products 150 pounds and above (such as heavy equipment), we offer reliable, day-definite delivery across the continental United States. The customer care team will be happy to assist with any special arrangements or service upgrades you require.
All freight deliveries come with free curb-side delivery. If you would like premium delivery assistance, you can upgrade to receive additional services like installation, Lift Gate Service, and In-home Delivery. If you require this type of assistance, please contact us for more information.
Tracking your Shipment
You will receive an email from us within 2 business days of your order having been shipped. Please note, occasionally we must split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost) that will arrive separately.
To track the first shipment and any additional packages, please visit My Account and simply click on the FedEx/UPS tracking number. Freight shipments require that you visit the freight company’s website provided and enter the tracking number on their website. Freight companies will call the number provided at the time of the order to schedule a delivery time that will work for you. If your shipment doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact us and we will help you locate the package. Typically, packages arrive on or shortly after the anticipated delivery date.
