What are the shipping rates? WorkoutHealthy computes and displays shipping charges for items in your shopping cart when you enter in your ship-to postal code. To do this, select the Country from the dropdown, if it is requested, and enter in the shipping postal code in the text box to the right of "Postal Code". Click on the "Calculate" button to automatically display shipping charges for that postal code. Taxes are applicable to all orders shipping to the state of Maryland. Important Shipping Details - Items are usually processed within 2 - 3 business days after your order is placed and payment is received.
- Items are delivered via UPS, FED-EX, USPS ground, or Carrier Freight within 6-14 business days after order is placed.
The terms “Free Shipping” and “Shipping Included” are found on selected items only and do not include plates and/or dumbbells sold individually. These shipments are limited to straight deliveries detailed below within the 48 contiguous United States. Any special services, requests, or requirements are not applicable to this program. In some cases, Freight carriers may not have normal access to certain areas (island or other remote inland locations) in these events you will be contacted from WorkoutHealthy for possible service charges prior to shipping. Items have a normal delivery time of 6 to 14 working days from date of the order receipt but this time may vary, especially around holidays or other peak shopping times. Sorry, we do not ship to any APO's, FPO's or P.O. Boxes due to UPS’ and the trucking companies inability to deliver to those addresses. Most items will be shipped via Common Carrier. Taxes are applicable to all orders shipping to the state of Maryland. You are requested to supply WorkoutHealthy with a phone number. This is in the likelihood that your order will ship via common carrier, usually for large exercise equipment items over 150 lbs. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. You must be present on the scheduled delivery date. In the event you are unable keep your appointment you will need to contact the carrier directly to request another date. Any re-deliveries, re-routing or storage charges are your responsibility and will be charged to your credit card number on file with WorkoutHealthy. Orders are shipped as straight delivery in which the carrier delivers the merchandise to the end of the truck. It is then the recipient’s responsibility to remove the equipment from the truck and move it to its final destination. Any additional services such as a lift gate, inside delivery, or inside set up only apply to certain merchandise. If the recipient needs any of these additional services please contact WorkoutHealthy via email or phone prior to placing an order or within 24 hours of placing an order, and the customer’s credit card will be charged accordingly to the requested additional service. If any of these additional services are requested by the recipient to the delivery carrier when the delivery arrives to its destination, WorkoutHealthy will charge the credit card on file for that service accordingly. When your delivery arrives, make certain to count the total number of pieces that you have received and inspect for any visible damages to the product itself (boxes may get ripped or damaged during shipping). Each carton/box has a tag affixed to it, stating the total number of pieces we shipped and that you are to receive. If the number of pieces received does not exactly match the number of pieces on the freight bill, note the number of pieces received next to your signature on the freight bill. Any visible damage should also be noted next to your signature on the freight bill. If, you fail to note any discrepancies or damage on the freight bill, neither WorkoutHealthy nor the carrier can be held liable. Any and all claims for damage or shortages must be filed with the delivering carrier. Do you ship internationally? - We can only ship to addresses in the United States.
