How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 3-7 business days after you place your order. Processing and shipping times vary per product.  You can view the processing time for each product on the product’s page.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can also accept PayPal, and Google Checkout.  We can also submit quotes, accept purchase orders, and provide invoices for business purchases. International payment options are also accepted via our International Checkout service.

How much do you charge for shipping?

The majority of our products ship for free and will be clearly marked throughout the site.  For those products that require a fee for shipping, the shipping cost can be viewed in the shopping cart or will be calculated at checkout. View our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Can my order be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. You must select our International Checkout payment option in the shopping cart to do so.

Can my order be shipped to a PO box, APO or FPO?

Can I place my order over the phone?

How can I be sure of the quality of the product I order?

All of the items on our site is guaranteed and backed by a manufacturer's warranty.
Note that the standard manufacturer warranty is valid for products purchased in, and used in, the United States. The manufacturer warranty may be voided when product is used in a non-US country.

What is the difference between residential (home) grade products and commercial grade products?

Generally, commercial grade equipment is made using stronger heavier materials than home residential grade equipment and can handle individuals of a heavier weight and more aggressive utilization.

Residential equipment is made for constant use for up to 3 hours a day in a home setting; by persons under 275 lbs. Note that there is a wide range of quality for residential equipment, from low grade to a higher grade. Higher priced residential fitness equipment tends to be constructed of higher quality materials resulting in better overall quality and built.

Commercial equipment is designed for 3 or more hours a day of constant use in an institutional commercial environment (public health clubs and gyms, schools, and hotel fitness centers, for example). Light commercial equipment is built to withstand 3 to 6 hours of daily use; while full commercial equipment is constructed with stronger material and can sustain daily use greater than 6 hours.

How do I exchange or return an item?

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives via FedEx, UPS, or USPS damaged or defective, please call (1-888-277-8592), email, or fill out our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  We will either provide free return shipping for the defective or damaged item and ship a replacement item, or ship replacement parts necessary to restore the item to its advertised condition.  We can also provide a complete refund; only after the damaged or defective goods is returned to our warehouse and inspected.  View our Return Policy for additional information.

Other Returns:
We proudly stand behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may return any product to us in its original condition within 25 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.  Please call (1-888-277-8592), email, or fill out our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form to start the return process.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box, and include all documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 25 days after receiving the item. Once product leaves the warehouse, it is subject to the return shipping policy and the restocking fee.

How to Cancel My Order?

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every attempt to cancel your order as long as the product has not left the warehouse, with no additional charges. Once the product has left the warehouse and is in route to its destination, we will not be able to cancel the order.

When will my credit appear on my account?

From  Returns - Please allow 7-14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. You will receive an email notification indicating that your card has been credited.  Then allow 2 – 3 business days to see the fund returned to your account.

From Cancellation– If you have placed an order and cancelled it funds may have been subtracted from your account.  Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the funds to return to your account.

If you have not received your credit within the allotted time, please contact us.

What is your price protection policy?

Our price protection policy means that if we lower our prices on the product you bought, within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. Simply notify us and we will process the credit to your credit card.

What are your promotions rules and restrictions?

WorkoutHealthy may occasionally issue coupon codes for special discounts during promotional periods. WorkoutHelathy also offers promotional free shipping on for some  products. Promotional offerings are valid only in the US for legal US Residents only. Coupon codes may be redeemed for one order per individual or address, unless otherwise qualified. Offers are valid at WorkoutHealthy only. Offers are limited to in-stock items. No rain checks. Offers may not be applied to previous purchases.  All free shipping offers are limited to addresses in the continental United States only. Additional shipping charges will apply to Alaska and Hawaii. WorkoutHealthy does not presently ship outside the United States. Promotional offers are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How Do I redeem Coupon Codes?

All you have to do to redeem the Coupon is enter the code on the order form page during the checkout process.  The discount you specified will automatically be calculated and displayed on the second page of the order form.

Coupons and gift certificates can not be combined in the same order.  Multiple gift certificates can be redeemed in one order.
